Our home

The space

Our home can accomodate up to 4 adults plus 2 children and includes:

two double bedrooms + two additional single beds for guests under 18 (on request)
two bathrooms
a spacious open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen
parquet flooring throughout the entire house
a fully equipped bike room in a covered garage

The spaces are bright, harmonious, and thoughtfully designed, while the fully equipped kitchen gives you the freedom to enjoy your stay at your own pace, just like at home.

Located on the ground floor of a detached villa in a quiet residential area, Villa Essenza is just a few minutes from the sea and the Ligurian hinterland. It is an exclusive apartment designed for guests who value independence, nature and thoughtfully curated spaces.

Here you'll find a warm, modern, and minimalist style, which is exactly why we are Villa Essenza, that creates a really cozy and warm atmosphere. One of the boldest choices we've made is to not include a television in the rooms. We believe that a TV, with its noise and stress, doesn’t align with the peaceful atmosphere and the sense of adventure we want our guests to experience.

Care & Comfort

To help preserve the sense of cleanliness, comfort, and tranquility that defines Villa Essenza, we kindly invite you to follow a few simple guidelines:

We recommend using clean slippers or indoor shoes inside the apartment. If you don’t have them with you, we’ll be happy to provide eco-friendly slippers free of charge;
To keep the indoor spaces fresh and pleasant for everyone, we kindly ask that smoking be enjoyed outdoors, where you’ll find a comfortable bench;
To ensure a peaceful atmosphere throughout the night, access to the property is available until 2:00 AM, after which the gates and entrance doors close automatically and reopen at 8:00 AM.

Villa Essenza is personally managed by us, as we live on the upper floor, allowing us to ensure high standards of cleanliness and comfort.

scheduled linen and towel changes for longer stays
light, occasional housekeeping at agreed times, to ensure everything is always in perfect order
free Wi-Fi

Every access to the apartment is always communicated in advance and handled with discretion, with full respect for our guests’ privacy.

Villa Essenza is the perfect base for exploring and experiencing the Ligurian Riviera – by bike, on foot, or simply by enjoying the beauty of the sea.
