Booking & Cancellation policy

1. Payments & Deposit:

• A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation via credit card (Stripe).

• The remaining 70% balance will be automatically charged to the card provided 14 days prior to your check-in date.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• Free cancellation up to 15 days before check-in: you will receive a full refund of your 30% deposit.

• Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in, or in the case of a No-Show, are non-refundable and subject to a 100% penalty charge of the total booking amount.

3. Check-in & Guest Identification:

• Check-in time is from 5 pm to 8 pm.

• In accordance with Italian Public Security Laws (Art. 109 T.U.L.P.S.), all guests must provide valid official identification (Passport or ID card) prior to or upon arrival for registration.
